Since questions is a bit much to do in one sitting, I ended up doing at least 10 questions from each section every day. I found huge improvements in my measurements as I went through the workbook and workou the exercises again, covering the answers.
Throughout the brief lecture material there are several examples of strips, followed by several practice strips. The cover has visible markings and wear.

I did a clinical rotation on a telemetry unit and based on my nursing school experience could only determine HR and if it was sinus rhythm. There are at least practice questions at the end of each chapter so you can review what you just learned. Plenty of hhuff, decent explanations, but some of the responses in the answer key at the back of the book are incorrect- beware!
